Rachel Lawson

Rachel Lawson is a Licensed Trainee Appraiser from Maroa, Illinois. She brings a strong background in management, finance, and community leadership to her role. Rachel currently serves as the General Manager for both Hickory Point Mall and the Tuscola Outlet Mall, where she oversees operations, tenant relations, and business development.

She attended college for Accounting, which helped build the foundation for her strong analytical and organizational skills that she now applies in real estate appraisal. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Rachel serves as the President of the Maroa Zoning Board, where she plays an active role in guiding community growth and development.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her two children, shopping, and relaxing with a good glass of wine.
