I am a dedicated real estate professional who has been licensed to sell Real Estate since 1989.

Since moving to the Champaign-Urbana-Savoy area in 1983, I have developed an in-depth

knowledge of the local market. My passion for real estate shines through in the way I enjoy

working with both buyers and sellers. I take pride in helping buyers find the perfect property

and assisting sellers in maximizing their returns.

I specialize in Residential, Commercial, and Farm properties, bringing a well-rounded expertise

to my clients. In addition to my work as a real estate professional, I am also a successful real

estate investor, which has given me a deep understanding of real estate as an investment.

When I’m not selling real estate, I love spending time with family and friends!  I also enjoy

traveling, gardening, and exploring my creative side through creating artwork, painting, making

homemade greeting cards, and designing beaded jewelry.  My artwork is on display and

available for purchase at Carmon’s event venue, Champaign, The Greenhouse Café, Allerton

State Park, Monticello from April through December, and The Chophouse on Main, Champaign,

beginning Spring 2026.
