“Kim, PJ, the maintenance guys, and just everyone I have talked to have been awesome! I’ve really have had the best experience with this company so far! They are very thorough and make sure they get things fixed ASAP! Also, they come around every spring & winter just to make sure all of the appliances electricity (down to light switches) are in good working order for me! It really is a great company! They also give you your privacy and always let you know well in advance if they are coming to do anything needed! I DEFINITELY recommended them for your next rental! Also, their rent prices are great!
