PJ Trautman was born and raised in Champaign/Urbana. Living in Champaign his whole life, he's grown up alongside the community and what it has to offer. He loves finding the right home for his clients and the opportunity to help clients make the biggest financial decision of their life. He enjoys the marketing process of selling a home and ensuring that a home is being presented to buyers at its highest potential.

PJ has earned a broker's and appraiser's license in both Illinois and Florida, served as Champaign County Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) President from 2022-2023, won CCAR REALTOR of the Year in 2024, and has previously served on several state committees including the Illinois REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and the Major Investor Working Group. He is also a graduate of the Illinois REALTORS® 2016 Leadership Development Program.
